By using this site and placing an order with InPix.Me, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth below.
File Types
We primarily work with Lightroom Smart Previews files. Once your order is complete, we will send you back a completed Lightroom Catalog (.lrcat).
Turnaround
Our standard turnaround for most of the year for weddings is up to 10 business days (typically 5–7 business days). During peak wedding season we may extend our turnaround, and you will always be informed upfront if additional time is needed.
Refunds & Revisions
Each client is unique and we highly appreciate it. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will gladly make adjustments according to your wishes under our complimentary Client Care policy. We do not issue full refunds unless photos are damaged due to our fault.
Archive Storage
We continue to store the processed files of your order for 30 days after completion. The customer is notified by email about the readiness of the order. Any questions or revision requests regarding the order must be raised within this 30-day period.
Mutual Respect & Communication
Our cooperation is based on mutual respect and professional etiquette. In the event of abusive behavior on the part of the client, we reserve the right to decline fulfillment of the order without a refund.
